The Respondent Team consists of representatives of an unincorporated association (the “Consortium”) of higher education institutions (the “HEIs”) and other multi-sector stakeholders structured as a Low-profit Limited Liability Company (the L3C”) herein referred to as the “Company.” The Company, representing the Consortium, is the Respondent.
