The Renewable Nations Institute (Institute), a Vermont-based nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation, is seeking "Letters of Interest" from prospective consortium members — higher education institutions (HEIs), community-based organizations (CBOs), and multi-sectoral collaborators — to advance the Environmental and Climate Justice goals of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF).

The Support Center will enroll a cohort of paid Work-Learning-Service interns to provide technical assistance to help states, territories, tribal governments, municipalities, community lenders, nonprofit organizations, and energy consumers to accelerate the adoption of EERE technologies in low-income and disadvantaged communities in compliance with Section 134 (42 USC § 7434) of the Clean Air Act, as amended by the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
The proposed Support Center will operate "in-person" from dedicated facilities at the emerging Center for Climate Solutions at Governors Island, New York (NY), and "virtually" throughout a national network of collaborating consortium members.
